No returns for change of mind. Please check your order carefully before purchase.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items. Contact support@havorelo.com within 30 days of delivery, with photos of the item and its packaging. Once we have verified the claim, we will send a replacement or refund the item price. Shipping fees are not refunded unless the error is ours.
Orders we cannot fulfil. If we cannot ship your order, or if you cancel before it ships, we will refund you in full within 7 business days.
Limitation. Our liability is limited to the price of the item purchased. This does not affect any rights that cannot be waived under the law of your state.
